This page introduces four industry programs and marks relevant to cargo and ground handling. LTCS certification status and supporting documents will be published after verification.

CEIV Pharma
IATA's certification program for pharmaceutical handling and transport. It assesses quality management, staff training, facilities, equipment and temperature-control procedures to protect product integrity across the supply chain.

TAPA — Supply chain security
TAPA is the Transported Asset Protection Association, which develops standards to reduce cargo theft risks. Its Facility Security Requirements (FSR) address security in warehouses and in-transit storage facilities. The TAPA logo identifies the association; certification level and scope must be checked against the relevant certificate.

ISAGO — Ground operations safety
ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) assesses ground handling providers' management systems and implementation of standardized operating procedures, including cargo and mail handling. It supports safer, more consistent operations and reduced operational risks.

IATA Ground Handling Partner
IATA's Ground Handling Partnership (GHP) connects ground handling providers with industry stakeholders, working groups and standard-development activities. It supports collaboration on operational efficiency and sustainability. GHP partner status is distinct from ISAGO audit accreditation.
